Lisa Adams Bohne (59) passed away January 2, 2021 surrounded by her family in Highland, Utah. Lisa was born on January 16th, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah and is the youngest daughter of Beecher Dan and Marilyn Jeanne Price Adams. She was the sister of Beecher Dan Adams Jr. (Karen), Christine Lee Widtfeldt (John), and Stephen Price Adams (Shelia).
Lisa was educated at Highland High school where she was an avid dancer. She continued her studies at BYU where she graduated with a B.A. in Home & Family Development. While at BYU she met and married her sweetheart, Richard Emmitt Bohne in 1985. One of the highlights of her college experience was her study abroad in Israel. Rich and Lisa were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple and married for 35 years. They are the parents of 4 children, Nicole Bohne Lloyd (Trent) of Laguna Niguel, CA, Lindsey Bohne Kelsch (Adam) of Laguna Niguel, CA, Scott Adams Bohne (Carly) of Lehi, UT, and Jessica Lynne Bohne of Highland, UT. She is an adored “Nana” to 2 boys, Teddy & Charlie Lloyd.
Lisa was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully in many callings, including president of the primary of her ward. She always had a gift with children and her true calling in this life was as a mother to her four children. She filled their lives with laughter, creativity and memorable experiences. Lisa was devoted to her family and her love for her husband was something to be admired.
Due to COVID concerns the funeral services will be held by invitation only on Thursday, January 7 at 11:00 am at the Highland 6th Ward located at 6050 Chapel Dr., Highland, Utah 84003. The funeral will be streamed live via Zoom for those unable to attend. The interment and graveside service will be at held after at the Highland City Cemetery located at 6200 W 11000 N, Highland, Utah 84003. Please share a memory of Lisa on her tribute wall.
