Wendy Bench, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 25, 2023 in Orem, Utah. She was born on February 26, 1971 in American Fork, Utah to her loving parents Sharon Nielson Curtis and William Newell Curtis.

Wendy was a vibrant and passionate woman who lived life to the fullest. She had a knack for cooking and enjoyed preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. Her culinary skills were legendary, and her homemade creations brought joy to everyone around her. In addition to cooking, she loved spending time outdoors, whether it be camping with her family or riding ATVs and side-by-sides through the rugged terrain of Utah. Wendy's adventurous spirit was contagious, and she always encouraged others to try new things and embrace the beauty of nature.

Wendy also adored being a grandmother. She had seven grandchildren who held a special place in her heart. The joy she experienced in their presence was immeasurable. As a loving grandma, Wendy showered them with affection and created lasting memories that will be cherished forever. Wendy was also fortunate enough to witness the arrival of five great-grandchildren—a testament to the legacy she leaves behind.

Wendy is survived by her husband, Brad; father, Newell Curtis; step-son, Bryce Bench; her 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Jeff (Melissa) Curtis, Pam (Todd) Farley, and William Troy Curtis. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sharon; sons, Brandon, Bryce, Bradlee Chorniak; and daughter, Ashley.

Wendy's joyful presence will be deeply missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her infectious laughter, warm heart, and loving spirit will forever reside in our memories.

As we bid farewell to Wendy, let us celebrate the remarkable life she lived. May her legacy serve as a reminder to embrace every moment with our loved ones and savor the simple joys that life has to offer.
