Teddy Rodriguez

August 12, 1954 — April 10, 2020

Teddy Jule Rodriquez 65, passed away April 10, 2020 at the Heritage Nursing home in American Fork, Utah.  He was born August 12th 1954 in Torrance, California to Eleuterio (Big Ted or Rod) Ernesto Rodriquez and Dorothy (Dotty) Emma Wilkie.

Teddy always had the quiet, funny jokes to tell and a infectious laugh to go with them.  Ted loved being in the company of his family and friends, smiling and just being the sweetest guy in the room.  He will miss taking his little chihuahua (Poke) for walks, chilling out, watching movies, and having his big bowls of cereal.  Teddy was the cool uncle. His nephews loved hanging out in his room tripping on the black lights and posters popping with the lights.  He was always easy going and super loving.  As anyone with a large American Bald Eagle tattooed across their chest would know, he loved his freedom. Cheech and Chong had nothing on Teddy.  He was a very relaxed individual with so much love in his heart.

Teddy is preceded in death by his parents, his uncle Howard Vernon Wilkie, his brothers Howard Raymond Marsh (1954) age 13. Phillip Aurther Marsh (1989) age 47,  Donald Wayne Rinner (1944) infant. Randy (Ricky) Rinner (1958) age 8. Franky Lee (1958) age 5. (Ricky and Franky both passed together while living in Redondo beach area of accidental drowning).  He is also prededed in death by his nephew Brian Morris (2010) age 43 and his brother in law Tom Crawford.

Teddy is survived by his loving sister, care giver and companion of many years Sandra Kay Rinner (Morris), Nephew Shane Morris, Niece Michelle Marsh, Aunt Ardith Collen Jarman (Wilkie), cousins Kevin, Karen Sue, Barb and Sherie. Many great nieces and nephews who loved him very much. On this very special Easter weekend, we give thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who showed us all what love and sacrifice truly is. For showing the world what it is to live a Christ like life of love and forgiveness. Please share a memory at andersonmortuary.com
