You are survived by your loving parents, Matthew and Jessica, who will forever carry your memory in their hearts. You are also mourned by your adoring older brother Tucker, grandparents Nana & Papa and Rah Rah & Grandma, and aunts and uncles, all of whom were ready to welcome you into our family with open arms.

In your brief existence, you have touched our lives in ways that words cannot express. You have taught us the true meaning of unconditional love and the depths of our strength. Though we must now say goodbye, we know that you are at peace, a perfect soul who will always be our guardian angel.
