Russell Waller

Russell (Scotty) Waller, beloved son, uncle and friend passed away at age 67 on March 13, 2021, of congestive heart failure.  He was born on June 3, 1953 to JB Waller and June Humes Waller, in Provo, Utah.

After high school graduation he completed his degree in home construction and began his life as a carpenter.  He eventually acquired a General Contractor's license.  Years later he took on a new endeavor with the family business in the oil industry, managing a drilling crew.  This work took him away from his friends and his home - so there would be one more career change.

He owned and operated two different restaurant/bar locations, one in Utah county and one in Wasatch county.  This work turned out to be his work passion and true calling in life.  He loved engaging and interacting with people and never stopped laughing no matter what life circumstance was presented to him.

He is survived by- sister, Rita (David) Olson and niece, Natalie (Daniel) Thompson.

Russ - your family and friends will miss and love you for the rest of our lives.
