Roy E Johnson

It is with heartfelt sadness and gratitude that we celebrate the life of Roy E Johnson, who passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on January 3, 1945, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Earl Fremont Johnson and Marjorie Marie Kelley. Roy touched his family and friends with his unwavering kindness, generosity, and deep commitment to service.

Roy was a devoted husband to Susan Johnson and a loving and supportive father to his children: Aaron Johnson, Kelley Johnson, Rose (Travis) Johnson and Barbara (Terry) Lee. During his life, he enjoyed long-distance running, cooking, and gardening. He also worked, many years, as a talented graphic and screen printing artist. His greatest achievements were humility, kindness, generosity and endless service to others.

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Roy served in the West Central States Mission. He remained active in his faith throughout his life, developing a love of scripture, family history and the temple.

A celebration of Roy's life will be held at the Grove Creek 7th Ward in Pleasant Grove Utah (942 North 500 East Pleasant Grove Utah 84064). Family and friends are invited to join in honoring his life.
