Our sweet wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, Rose-Marie Johns Krill, 64, of Eagle Mountain, Utah returned home to heaven on June 7, 2023. Rose was born on February 18, 1959 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Harold Carr and Phyllis Crosbie Carr. Her parents passed away when Rose was young, and she went to live with Roger and Judy Johns who later adopted her and her younger sister, Elizabeth. She was sealed to Roger and Judy in the Provo LDS temple.
Rose attended high school at Provo High and then Lehi High. She met and married Kim Johnson Healey, and they had two beautiful daughters, Devyn and Landon, whom she loved fiercely. Rose and Kim later divorced, and she moved to California where she worked for CONTEL/GTE. There, she met Leslie Warren Krill and on April 15, 1995, they were married in San Martin, California. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS temple on June 23, 2012.
Rose was a woman of many interests and talents. She was very creative and had an artistic eye. Her home reflected her talent, and she filled it with vibrance and inspiration. She enjoyed baking and went to culinary school to become a pastry chef. She was very generous in sharing her culinary talents with those around her. She loved plants, flowers, and her dogs which all thrived in her care.
Family was everything to Rose as was evidenced throughout her home by the many pictures of family and those she claimed as family. People were drawn to her large personality and anyone who knew her loved her because she cared about people. Rose was a strong advocate for those who suffer from mental health challenges as she struggled for years with her own. She was vocal about her challenges with the hope that she could help others and sought help where she could. She fought a good fight, and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Warren, children Kimberlee (Tony) Ollendick, Patrick (Autumn) Krill, Devyn (Alec) Sharp, Landon (Nathan) Flitcraft, 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, parents, Roger and Judy Johns, siblings Bud Carr, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Robyn Campbell, David Johns, Devyn Gerber and Dan Johns. Preceded in death by parents Harold and Phyllis Carr and sister Janice Walker.
