Patricia Hazelgreen

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, Patricia Angela Salerno Hazelgreen returned home on Thursday, June 15, 2023. She was born in 1946 to John and Josephine Salerno and married Henry Hazelgreen in 1970. She was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Secaucus, NJ until she moved to Utah in 2006 to be closer to her six beautiful grandchildren.

Pat (as she like to be called) was a sweet, caring and generous human being. She could often be found in the kitchen cooking up one of her many delicious meals. In her spare time she enjoyed reading the latest Nicholas Sparks book on her kindle or catching up on an episode of the Waltons or a movie on the Hallmark channel.

Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she loved the Fall season. She could almost always be found wearing earrings and her favorite lipstick.

Pat was not only an amazing homemaker she also was a credit analyst for Duro-Test Corporation and Panasonic Corp. where she made several good friends.

Although our hearts ache with grief, we find comfort in knowing that Pat has been reunited with other family members . We look forward to the day when we will get to see her again.

Pat is survived by her husband Henry Hazelgreen, her daughter Patricia (Brian) Clark, siblings Peter (Georgeann) Salerno, Margaret (Joseph) Armenti, grandchildren, Samantha (McKay) Prince, Janelle Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Hailey Lewis, Emma Lewis, Brennen Lewis, great grandson, Oliver Prince and many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Viewings will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 6-8 pm at Anderson and Sons Mortuary 49 E 100 N American Fork, Utah 84003 and Thursday from 10:45-11:45 am, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 12pm in the Anderson and Sons Chapel.
