Marlow Bennett

Marlow Bennett, 88, passed away on October 12, 2022, in Alpine, Utah. He was born in Alpine, Utah to Dewey Bennett and Blanche Devey Bennett.  He was in the middle of eight siblings: Lola, Luella, Sherman, Janice, Philip, Brent, Brenda and Marilyn.   He married Corene Gurney and they had seven children together, but later ended in a divorce.   Marlow later married Elizabeth Jacobson whom Marlow referred to as the love of his life.

Marlow was a quiet, sweet, hard working man.  He loved the outdoors, jeep riding, camping and fishing.

Marlow is survived by his children: Kaylene (Dale) Chadwick, LaMar (Jill) Bennett, LaVon (Leah) Bennett, Dee Ray (Danette) Bennett, Darrin (JamiLyn) Bennett, his daughter-in-law Susan Bennett, 30 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Marlow is preceded in death by his spouse, Elizabeth Jacobson Bennett, his sons Jay Bennett and Kenneth (Casey) Bennett and his parents his parents..

The service for Marlow Bennett will be held on Tuesday, at 11:00 AM at Anderson and Sons American Fork, 49 East 100 North. A viewing will be held Monday, at  6:00 PM and Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 AM prior to the services at the mortuary.
