Lynn Delano Jeppson, 87, of American Fork, peacefully left this world on May 23, 2025, in Orem, Utah. He was born on January 30, 1938, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to Reuben Niels Jeppson and Margaret Edna Millet Jeppson. Lynn lived a life filled with love, creativity, and adventure, forged alongside his beloved wife, Annette Dunn, whom he married on June 14, 1957, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Lynn’s heart was as vast as his interests. He found joy in the great outdoors, whether he was hunting, fishing, or simply tending to his garden. His love for nature extended to birdwatching and he enjoyed crafting treasures from metal and wood. Lynn was also a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he actively served in various capacities, including a memorable mission alongside Annette at the LDS Employment Center.
It seemed like Lynn was able to fix anything and shared his talents with others. He was involved in the lives of his family and friends and chose to spend time with them. We enjoyed hearing his stories and that laugh! Lynn was cleverly quick-witted with humor that brought smiles to our faces.
After dedicating 40 years of hard work at Geneva Rock, Lynn retired, leaving behind a legacy of diligence and commitment. He is cherished and will be greatly missed by his wife, Annette and their children: Tamara (Dan) Johnson, Sheila Munn, Suzanne (Joseph) Catlett, Sara (Brody)Robbins, Brian (Kiirsten) Jeppson, and Bruce (Jennifer) Jeppson. Lynn's legacy continues through his 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two beloved sons, Scott and Brett, and his siblings Ruby, Neal, Lorraine, Virginia, and Cheryl. The family takes comfort in knowing Lynn’s great spirit lives on in the hearts and memories of all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork Central Stake Center at 300 North 100 East. Before the services, there will be a viewing on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, located at 49 East 100 North in American Fork, as well as an additional viewing from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Lynn will be laid to rest in the American Fork Cemetery. We invite friends, family, and all who were touched by Lynn’s kindness to join in celebrating his extraordinary life. His memory will always remind us of the simple joys and the importance of love, family, and community.
