Lola Robinson

Donna Lola Ross Robinson age 92, of American Fork, Utah, passed peacefully on August 9, 2025, at the Bellaview Assisted Living Center in Lehi, surrounded by love. 

Donna was born April 24, 1933, in Lehi, Utah to Lester T. Ross & Eudora Ellen Larsen.  Growing up in Lehi, she was full of energy and joy, and loved cheerleading during her school years. A friend introduced her to the love of her life, Stanley Wayne Robinson; the two were married in the Salt Lake City Temple on October 8, 1951, beginning a marriage filled with love and laughter.

Donna and Stan were blessed with five children; her greatest joy was her family. She was the heart of every gathering-whether they were traveling together, spending summer weekends camping at their ranch, or playing games at home. Donna had a love for crossword and jigsaw puzzles, games, crafts, and bowling, she was on many leagues. She poured her creativity and care into everything she did.

Her life was one of service and devotion. A lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served many callings and accepted every one with humility and joy. She especially loved her time serving a mission to the Bishops Storehouse as well as her weekly humanitarian projects. Donna believed in showing love through action, and she touched countless lives with her kindness.

Donna is survived by her children: Terri (Jim) Rigby, Bradley (Glenda) Robinson, Jamie (Victor) Valdez, Joni (Cameron) Yates; 20 grandchildren, 66 great grandchildren; and her sister, Reva McStay.  Her sweetheart Stan; her dear son Layne; her first grandson Gary; four brothers; and two sisters preceded her in death.

Services will be Thursday Aug 14, 2025 at the American Fork East Stake Center, 825 E. 500 N. Family and Friends are welcome to attend a Visitation at 9:30 a.m., followed by the funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Lehi Cemetery. 

Donna's family would like to thank all who have shown love, kindness and support during her final years. Her legacy of love, faith, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
