It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lita Kay Lauritzen, who departed this life on September 25, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on January 8, 1949, in Claresholm, Alberta, Canada, Lita was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend, who touched the lives of many
Lita was reared in a loving home by her father, Wilson Lauritzen, and her mother, Idona Chatterton. Throughout her life, she found joy in the simplest moments, whether it was painting watercolors, playing the piano, or sharing her beautiful voice in song. Lita had an exceptionally warm spirit; her family and friends knew her as someone who loved deeply.
As a dedicated Latter-day Saint, Lita's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She found solace and happiness serving in the temple.

Lauritzen, JoAnn Lauritzen, David Lauritzen and Lori Lauritzen. Lita is preceded by her parents Wilson and Idona Lauritzen, her siblings Ray and Lester Lauritzen and her son Glen Crosby.
