LaVern Prescott

La Vern Prescott, 77, passed away on November 21, 2022, in American
Fork, UT.  She was born November 13, 1945 in Francis, Utah to Darrell
Prescott and Fern Orgill Prescott.

After living at home and in other care facilities she spent much of her life at the Utah State Developmental Center. During this time she established many friendships with staff and other residents. Her bright and spunky personality truly left an impact on everyone’s life she came in contact with.  She loved greeting and talking with people. She could remember dates of birthdays and special events of her family with a remarkable ability.  Her favorite foods were bologna sandwiches on white bread and she always had to have 2 boiled eggs every day.

La Vern is survived by Julie Jones - niece. She is preceded in death by
her parents and siblings.

The service for La Vern Prescott will be held on Tuesday, at 11:00 AM at
USDC Chapel, 839 North 900 East. A viewing will be held Tuesday, at 
9:45 AM at USDC Chapel,839 North 900 East.  Burial will be in Heber City
Cemetery.
