She is survived by her father Thomas, her mother and step father Jeanette and Thomas Kummer.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the American Fork 6th Ward, 300 North 100 East. A viewing will be held from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services.
