Glenn Flores

November 5, 1981 — June 7, 2021

Our beloved brother Glenn Vaughn Flores returned home to the arms of his loving Heavenly Father on June 7, 2021. What a joyous reunion he is having with his Grandpa and Grandma Ralph and Carroll Adams along with his fishing buddy Uncle Stephen Adams. He was born to Connie Carlson on November 5, 1981 in Provo Utah. Glenn loved working for Macey’s in West Valley and was devoted to his employment there for the last five years.

Glenn had a great admiration and respect for law enforcement and first responders in Salt Lake and Utah county. Because police and firemen were some of his favorite people he made sure they noticed him wherever he went. Glenn’s two favorite ways to be noticed were the “honk and wave” and generous use of the 911 EMS system.
In his precious, innocent, Good Samaritan mind he felt obligated to rally the troops if anyone was in need of help (like the time a teenage boy was pushing a lawnmower down the street and he felt it was a fire hazard — crisis averted). Boy we will surely miss hearing stories about his heroic efforts.

Glenn is so loved and will be missed by his siblings: Chennille Watrous, Dennille Tuita, Mickey Adams, Rachel Price, Robert Price, Jasi Price and Irvin Carlson. Glenn is the proud uncle to Lataya, Lacey, Esperanza, Sephatiah, Vae’Ahnika, Kalli’Ahna, Damion, Stormie, River, Talon, Taigen, Hynder, Baylie, Destiny, Abbigail, Terrance, and Audrey. He was their protector and would always make sure they knew just how much he loved each one of them.

We are grateful to know he doesn’t have a mental disability no longer and his mind and body are free from the hold back he had while being here on earth. We would like to thank his host family that took such good care of him, and loved him as if he was their very own. Jennifer Bland and Curtis Rhoades and their family. We are forever in your debt. We would also love to thank Howard Davidson his caseworker and Chris Warnick and others with Activity Living and Work Inc for direct care support. He loved you all so much. We are also so very grateful for the First responders and the ER staff at the Jordan Valley Medical Center that tried their best to save him. We love you sweet Brother and Uncle, you will forever be in our hearts. Be at peace until we see you again (holding a 200oz Mt. Dew).
