Ernestine Emery

Ernestine "Tina" Emery, age 72, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025, at her home surrounded by family.

She was born on December 2, 1952, in Murray, Utah, and was one of eight siblings.

Tina was a devoted mother to three children: Rickey Redmond, Jerie Olsen, and Bradlee Emery (adopted). Though heartbroken by the loss of her eldest son, she carried his memory with love and strength throughout her life.

Before retiring, Tina worked at Beehive Homes, where she lovingly cared for elderly residents. She found deep purpose and joy in her work.

A talented and creative person, Tina enjoyed crafts and sewing, sharing her skills with family and friends through many beautiful handmade items.

She is survived by her children Jerie Olsen and Bradlee Emery; grandchildren Brock Redmond, LaTosha Welch, Hunter Redmond, and Sophie Olsen; and siblings Larry Emery, Lonnie Emery, Christine Nell, Troy Emery, and Twilla Squire. Tina was preceded in death by her son Rickey Redmond, grandson Braxton Redmond, her brother Rickey Emery, and her sister Velvadean Sidwell.

A viewing will be held at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 6141 West 11000 North, Highland, Utah 84003, on July 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 12:15 p.m. at Alpine City Cemetery, 400 Grove Dr, Alpine, Utah 84004.

Tina will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
