Eldon Burdett Coleman

May 7, 1942 — Jul 7, 2026

Eldon Burdett Coleman, aged 84, will be fondly remembered after his peaceful passing on July 7, 2026, in Lehi, Utah. Born on May 7, 1942, in the charming town of Teasdale, Utah, Eldon was the beloved son of George Burdett Coleman and Fern Jackson Coleman. He shared a beautiful life with his wife, of 55 years, Mary Lynne Nicholes, who sadly preceded him in death on the same date in 2024.

Eldon was a man of many passions-his love for camping, gardening, mechanics, and family history was infectious. Recently, he enjoyed flying his drone and capturing the beauty of the world around him. He was truly a family man at heart, cherishing the time spent with his loved ones, especially his grandchildren, who filled his life with immeasurable joy.

Eldon is survived by his wonderful children: Keri (Michael) Heath, Allen (Jennifer) Coleman, Kevin (Juanita) Coleman, Paula (Enoch) Jurgens, Bruce (Yawamaan) Coleman, and Jill (James) Manning, and 22 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. His legacy will continue to shine brightly through them.

To honor and celebrate Eldon's life, graveside services will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Highland City Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to gather for a viewing just prior, from 9:45 to 10:45 AM, at the Anderson & Sons Lone Peak Chapel, located at 6141 West 11000 North, Highland, UT. Following the services, burial will take place in the Highland City Cemetery.

Join us as we remember an extraordinary man who brought love, laughter, and life to everyone around him. We invite all who knew him to come share their stories and celebrate the wonderful spirit of Eldon.
