Diane Lemmon Lind, 75, passed away Tuesday March 31, 2015 in Provo, Utah. Born May 6, 1939 in Pocatello, Idaho the daughter of Washington Weir and Helen Brown Lemmon.
Our sweet mother was a kind hearted and loving person. She accepted everyone and made us all feel important. We always knew she cared about us. She never judged and was a peacemaker. She was an amazing example of hardwork and industry. She had a great eye for beauty and fashion and was always pulled together and classy. She loved to play the piano, listen to classical music, beautifully arranged hymns and anything Elvis Presley. She was quick witted and a had a dry quippy humor that came out at unexpected times and made everyone laugh. Everyone loved to be around her.
She is survived by children: Wendy (Don) Hudson; Staci (Michael) Cowley; Bryan Lind; five grandchildren; her sisters Wilma (Don) Kvarfordt; Judy (Dick) Smith and her brother Mark (Annette) Lemmon. Funeral services will be held Monday April 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Anderson & Sons Lone Peak Chapel, 6141 West 11000 North, Highland. A viewing will be held Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Burial in the Highland city cemetery. Please share a memory or condolence at andersonmortuary.com
