Christian James Lee

Feb 5, 1997 — Jun 23, 2026

Christian James Lee, age 29, passed away on June 23, 2026, in Highland, Utah.

Christian was born on February 5, 1997, in Provo, Utah, arriving nine weeks early and demonstrating determined strength from the very beginning. He grew up in Highland, where he developed a lifelong love for anything with wheels-trucks, ATVs, motorcycles, and all things motorsports.

He graduated from American Fork High School in 2015 and continued his education at Utah Valley University, where he studied Automotive Technology and Automotive Powersports Technology. Christian turned his passion into a career and worked for Prime Honda Power Sports in Nephi, doing what he loved every day.

On February 10, 2017, Christian married his best friend, Jessica Peeks, in a quiet canyon ceremony. Their love story continued as they were later sealed for eternity in the Star Valley Wyoming Temple.

Together, Christian and Jessica built a beautiful life and home in Fountain Green. Their home was a place of warmth and welcome-a refuge for foster children, family, friends, and animals alike. Christian took great pride in caring for those around him and creating a space where everyone felt loved.

More than anything, Christian cherished his role as a husband and father. He adored his son, Ryder, and his daughter, River, who were his best buddies. Whether he was working on cars, helping Jessica, or caring for his children and foster children, Christian was never afraid to get his hands dirty. He approached every task with dedication, generosity, and a willingness to serve others.

Christian will be remembered for his infectious laugh, the kind that could brighten any room, and for his exceptionally kind heart. He had a gift for making people feel valued and loved, and his impact will continue to be felt by all who knew him.

Christian is survived by his wife, Jessica Peeks Lee; his children, son Ryder (4) and daughter River (1½); his parents, Jim and Barbara Lee; his siblings, Kayson (Emma), Keanon, Kelsey, Cody, and Cassie; his in-laws; and many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Blair Roberts.

Funeral services and candlelight vigil information will be announced as details become available.

Please join us for a Memorial Candlelight Vigil at Art Dye Park (1000 North 550 East St, American Fork) from 8-9pm on Sunday June 28th.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to help Jessica, Ryder, and River as they move forward. Donations may be sent via Venmo to @jessicapeekslee.

Though his time here was far too short, Christian's legacy of love, laughter, hard work, and selfless service will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
