Con gran pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestra querida Andrea García Priego. Nacida el 23 de enero de 2002 en la Estado de México, México, Andrea trajo inmensa alegría y calidez a la vida de quienes la conocieron.  Dejó este mundo el 11 de febrero de 2024, a la temprana edad de 22 años, dejando atrás recuerdos preciados y un profundo vacío en nuestros corazones.

Andrea era una encarnación de la bondad, el amor y la resiliencia. Poseía una capacidad inquebrantable para animar a quienes la rodeaban, asegurándose siempre de que nadie sintiera tristeza o enojo en su presencia. Su inquebrantable preocupación por los demás era evidente, especialmente en su papel de hermana mayor, y con su peculiar forma de ser velaba por sus hermanas.

Aunque nunca haya trabajado profesionalmente, Andrea abrazó los placeres simples de la vida en sus primeros años  y llenó sus días bailando, nadando y cantando. Irradiaba pura alegría. Sus delicias culinarias favoritas incluían las enchiladas verdes, pizza e incluso brócoli, lo que demuestra su gusto ecléctico y espíritu aventurero.

La naturaleza amable de Andrea y su visión positiva de la vida iluminaron cada situación. Con un espíritu obediente y un corazón lleno de bondad, afrontó cada día con humilidad y gracia, sin permitir nunca que el miedo oscureciera su camino. Su fe inquebrantable le trajo fortaleza, ya que encontró consuelo en la oración y unfio en la guía de un poder superior.

A su manera, Andrea era una princesa, adornada de coronas y color favorito, el morado, y cautivada por la encantadora historia de Rapunzel. Abrazó la magia de los cuentos de hadas, recordándonos a todos la belleza que se encuentra dentro de nuestros propios corazones.

Andrea deja atrás a su amada e inseparable madre, Elizabeth Priego Rangel, a sus hermanas Hannah y Charlotte, Alturo, a sus abuelas Elitania y Marcela y a sus tías, tíos y primos que siempre apreciarán los recuerdos que compartieron y honrarán su valiente y extraordinario espiritu.

Los servicios funerarios y ceremonias se llevarán a cabo el 16 de febrero de 2024 a las 11:00 horas en la Iglesia Católica de San Pedro, 634 North 600 East, American Fork, Utah y el 17 de febrero de 2024 a las 12:00 horas en ls funeraria Anderson & Sons, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Utah 84003. Invitamos a todos los que conocieron y amaron a Andrea a unirse a nosotros para celebrar su hermosa vida. Después de los servicios, Andrea será enterrada en el cementerio American Fork, 600 North Center Street, American Fork, UT 84003, a la 1:30 pm.

In memory of Andrea García Priego

January 23, 2002 - February 11, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Andrea García Priego. Born on January 23, 2002 in the State of Mexico, Mexico, Andrea brought immense joy and warmth to the lives of those who knew her. She left this world on February 11, 2024, at the young age of 22, leaving behind cherished memories and a deep void in our hearts.

Andrea was an embodiment of kindness, love and resilience. She possessed an unwavering ability to uplift those around her, always ensuring that no one felt sad or angry in her presence. Her unwavering concern for others was evident, especially in the role of her older sister, and with her peculiar way of being she looked out for her sisters.

Although she never worked professionally, Andrea embraced the simple pleasures of life in her early years and filled her days with dancing, swimming and singing. She radiated pure joy. Her favorite culinary delights included green enchiladas, pizza and even broccoli, demonstrating her eclectic taste and adventurous spirit.

Andrea's kind nature and her positive outlook on her life brightened every situation. With an obedient spirit and a heart full of kindness, she faced each day with humility and grace, never allowing fear to darken her path. Her unwavering faith brought her strength, as she found solace in prayer and confidence in the guidance of a higher power.

In her own way, Andrea was a princess, adorned with crowns and her favorite color, purple, and captivated by the enchanting story of Rapunzel. She embraced the magic of fairy tales, reminding us all of the beauty found within our own hearts.

Andrea leaves behind her beloved and inseparable mother, Elizabeth Priego Rangel, her sisters Hannah and Charlotte, Alturo, her grandmothers Elitania and Marcela and her aunts, uncles and cousins who will always cherish the memories they shared and honor her brave and extraordinary spirit. .

Funeral services and ceremonies will be held on February 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 634 North 600 East, American Fork, Utah and on February 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. hours at Anderson & Sons Funeral Home, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Utah 84003. We invite everyone who knew and loved Andrea to join us in celebrating her beautiful life. Following services, Andrea will be buried at American Fork Cemetery, 600 North Center Street, American Fork, UT 84003, at 1:30 pm.

During this difficult time, may we find strength in our shared memories of her infectious laughter, her unforgettable angelic gaze, her good heart, and Andrea's indomitable spirit. Let us remember her as the radiant soul who touched the lives of so many and whose memory will forever be etched in our hearts and memories.

Rest in peace, dear Andrea. We will miss you very much.
