Marsha Neil returned back to her father in heaven May 11, 2016. She was born May 8, 1949 to James Alma Neil & Evelyn Terry in Provo Utah. She is the oldest of eight children, she went to American Fork High school and later got an Associate's Degree.
She worked at the Utah State Developmental Center for 28 years as a caregiver & a supervisor where she loved the clients she worked with and they loved her.
Marsha enjoyed crafting, creating projects with her hands. She loved the outdoors, having picnics with family and friends she was always fascinated by sunsets. However, her most important thing in life was her family and she cherished the time she had with them.
Marsha is survived by her daughter Jaylene (Allen) Kelson, seven brothers & Sisters Marsha Dean Taylor, James Buddy (Gayleene) Neil, Julia Neil, Dennis Neil, Arlene (Chad) Oldham, Sheldon (Jody) Neil, Terry (Debbie) Neil, Darren (Sandy) Neil, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Tamara Warburton, A sister Cora Ann Isabell, and her parents James Alma Neil and Evelyn Terry Neil.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 16, 2016 at 11:00 am in the American Fork 23rd Ward, 350 West 680 North. A viewing will be held Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork and Monday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Burial in American Fork Cemetery.
The family would like to thank all of our family and friends for the love and kindness you gave to our mother, grandmother and sister.
We wish to thank all of the staff at the Heritage Care Center that took care of Marsha and to the doctors who helped take care of her over the past years. Also, thank you to the Bristol Hospice team for helping her through the last few months. Until we meet again you will be missed love you.
