Hazel Draper

August 12, 1953 — May 13, 2017

Hazel Draper, 63, of Genola, passed away May 13, 2017 in American Fork, Utah after a valiant battle with cancer.  Born August 12, 1953 in Payson, Utah the daughter of Grandon LuRay and Lorna Blanchard Draper.

Hazel was an active member of the LDS Church and served a mission in the Washington Spokane LDS mission.  She loved to play the piano and reading.  She was a very social person who loved her friends and family dearly.  She is survived by her brothers:  Lloyd (Judy) Draper; Wade (Allyn) Draper; Roger (Lynette) Draper; Clair (Holly) Draper; and many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Richard.

Funeral services will be held Thursday May 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Genola Ward, corner of Main and Center Streets, Genola, UT.  A viewing will be held Wednesday at the church from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 am prior to the services.  Interment in the Santaquin cemetery.  Please share a memory at andersonmortuary.com
