Helen Margorie Okey Dahl

Helen Margorie Okey Dahl, 91, passed away June 30, 2010 in American Fork, Utah. Born Sep 22, 1918 in American Fork to Wilford LeRoy Okey and Florence Lillian Thrasher Okey. She married Stanford LeRoy Dahl on Sep 11, 1936 in American Fork. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.
Helen was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her care extended to neighbors and friends, providing them with loving service. She was always baking something delicious, playing card games with her grandkids, and visiting with loved ones. She was a hard working woman who took pride in her home, family, and church callings. We love you Mom and will miss you.
Survived by her daughter, Cynthia (John) Ross; grandchildren, Randy (Kathie) Dahl, American Fork;Becky (Mark) Galbraith, Las Vegas; Jodie Newman, Orem; Jacob (Melanie) Ross; American Fork; Loran (John) Wharff, American Fork; 7 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and sister, Lucile Evans of Lehi. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, 2 sons, LeRoy Stanford and Michael Kay Dahl, and sister, Jean (David) Teague.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 E 100 N, American Fork. Friends may visit with the family from 12:45 to 1:45 pm prior to the service. Interment, American Fork Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent at andersonmortuary.com
