J. Ralph Binnall

James Ralph Binnall graduated from earth life on Saturday, June
26, 2010. He was born 1 February 1923 in Ontario, Malheur County, Oregon to James William and Olive Lenora Dunn Binnall.
In 1924 his family moved to American Fork, where he has lived since. Ralph attended Utah State University and BYU. He served in
the Army-Air Corps during WWII.

Ralph married Roberta Ann Robertson on 8 August 1946 in Long
Beach, California. They have three children: Nancy (Daniel) Gale of Lindon, Utah; Rebecca Shideler of Silt, Colorado; Ralph R. (Heidi)Binnall of American Fork.

Ralph represented State Farm Insurance for 47 years, retiring just before he turned 75. He served on many civic committees and in many LDS Church callings including first Branch President of the Training School when the chapel was built there in 1967, Stake High Counselor, and Bishop.

He is survived by his wife, three children, 11 grandchildren,
13 great grandchildren, and one cousin, Phil D. Jensen.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 6th Ward, 300 North 100 East. A
viewing will be held on Tuesday, from 6–8 p.m. at Anderson &
Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North Am. Fork, and Wednesday
morning at the church from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. Burial in the
American Fork Cemetery.

The family thanks Chris Myers and Malene Grace for their loving
care of Ralph.
