Dear Dahl Family,

We just found out this morning July 12 About Stan and Helen passing away. We are very sad yet happy for them. No doubt Stan got things ready for Helen to join him. I last visited them about a week before Stan's birthday and felt that they wouldn't be with us much longer. It was a joy to live across the street from them for 15 years as we had many a long talk. Stan and Helen were always ready to serve and even when they couldn't come out to church any longer we asked them to provide the bread for the Sacrament which they willingly did for many years. By the way the bread was always fresh, the very best.

We all love Stan and Helen and will really miss them. May we all follow their example of enduring to the end. Our love and best wishes to all their family members.

With our love,

Ted & Shauna Olsen and Family

My mom asked what memories I had of my grandpa
1. when I was a teenage we went out to willow park for easter weekend and he one year let me try and learn how to drive stick shift To this day I have no idea how to work it. Or maybe it is a little complex for me so I stick to what is not stick shift so i don't kill the car or truck.
2. He was alway welling to help in any way and being the grandaughter I was it was not alway easy to take for my own purpose but I would and then say thanks
3 The best part was when there was that huge flood down by Ut lake many yrs ago my grandpa took me and Jacob and drove up and down the water splashing it every were. That was a blast Thanks.
4. Being able to have horses in there back yard and feeding them or being chased by them cause I would let go of the carrots for them of course that would have been me and grandma that happend to but It was my uncle Roy horse and my grandpa back yard yard.
thanks for good times.
5 Take care and we will miss ya.

sorry to hear of you dads passing, For years i went up to his door with the daily mail . He either came out and got it from me or was usually in the yard working, he always had a kind word to say, even when i handed him mostly junk mail....may the lord bless you and your family during this time.
