Colette Eliza Chadwick

Colette Eliza Chadwick was born Sunday, January 24, 2010 in the American Fork Hospital to her parents, Dustin Kenneth Chadwick and Julia Susanne Wendel Chadwick. She was airlifted to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah for emergency care.
After a valiant fight for life, Colette passed away the same day,
January 24, 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was graciously shared and entrusted to us for a moment and then taken home to
her Heavenly Father. Colette is loved and cherished and will be
remembered with great warmth and affection until we are reunited.

Graveside services will be held Monday, February 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork Cemetery, 600 North Center Street. Condolences may be sent to the family at this website.
